Rates & Services

Boarding Fees are calculated on a per day basis no matter what time the cat is delivered or collected.  There is an additional daily charge per cabin in winter for heating which is optional.  We do not have rates for high or low season, our rates are the same all year round.

A 50% deposit is payable at the time of booking and full payment is due 7 days prior to arrival.  The booking is only confirmed once the deposit is received within 24 hours.  Cash and EFT are the only 2 methods of payment accepted.  We do not have credit card facilities.  Bookings for December must be paid in full by 30th November.  Please view the Terms and Conditions for cancellation fees.

We provide cat bedding and toys but your cat may bring their own.  We recommend bringing something from home to reassure your cat while you are away.  If possible please bring your cat's brush and comb so that we can give them a daily groom.

Hills and Royal Canin are the standard wet and dry food supplied.  If you cat eats a prescription diet, kindly supply sufficient in an airtight container clearly marked with their name and feeding instructions.  Wet food is served at night and dry food is served twice daily.  Only stainless steel dishes are used for hygiene purposes.

Medication can be administered.  Please provide the medication in an airtight container clearly marked with their name and instructions.

Litter trays are provide and cleaned at least twice daily or more if it so demands.  A record of your cat's litter tray activities is recorded and if problems are encountered, they are picked up and dealt with immediately.

Your cat will get lots of cuddles from a real cat loving person and a daily brush and games.  Equally, less sociable cats are not a problem for us, we understand how they work as well.
